Oaks POA Board Update

Here’s a quick update from your Oaks POA Board
2nd Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale
We are piggybacking again with the Manor and the Lakes for a neighborhood garage sale on Saturday, September 21st. Our sign will be posted on Sunday, September 15th near 131st Street. Watch the Oaks Facebook page for additional information.
Dumpster Days – postponed until 2025
Due to rising costs and somewhat limited interest, the board has decided to try an every-other-year approach to providing a dumpster, deferring the next Dumpster Days until spring of 2025. More info to follow as we get closer.

HOA Management Company replacement
As many of you recall, we unexpectedly lost our HOA management company this summer. The board is busy reviewing proposals from several replacements and hopes to have a final decision soon with onboarding to occur at the beginning of the year. In the meantime, the board continues to manage all finances and reporting internally.
